Refund & Reship Policy
Damaged or lost shipments
If an order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, contact support@pepnova.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date. Eligible cases are resolved with a reship or refund.
Order issues
If you received the wrong item, contact support with your order number and a photo of the packing slip. We'll arrange a corrected shipment.
Returns
Due to the nature of research materials, opened or temperature-sensitive items are not eligible for return. Unopened, unaffected inventory may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
