Shipping Policy

PepNova ships batch-documented research compounds and peptides to qualified laboratories, research institutions, and independent researchers. Every shipment is packed to preserve product integrity from our facility to your receiving address, and every order includes the batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) for the inventory you received. This page describes how orders are processed, packed, shipped, and tracked, and what to do if a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit.

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter the queue on the next business day. During high-volume periods or around major holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days; in those cases an updated estimate is posted at checkout and on the order confirmation email.

Once an order is packed, a tracking number is generated and emailed automatically. You can also review status on the Track Order page using the order number from your confirmation email.

Standard domestic shipping is offered at checkout via a reputable national carrier with end-to-end tracking. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination ZIP code. Free standard shipping is automatically applied on qualifying U.S. orders over $150. Expedited overnight and 2-day options are available at checkout where the destination supports them.

International availability is reviewed on a per-order basis and is subject to applicable export controls and destination-country regulations. Buyers outside the United States are solely responsible for ensuring lawful import, paying any duties, taxes, or customs fees, and confirming that the ordered materials may be received under the regulations governing their jurisdiction and institution.

Temperature-sensitive peptides ship in insulated mailers with ice packs calibrated for the expected transit window. Lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of standard transit, but we still recommend refrigerated or frozen storage immediately on receipt per the storage notes on each product page and on the COA.

A tracking link is emailed once a label is generated and the carrier accepts the package. Visit the Track Order page or forward the carrier link to receive delivery updates. If your tracking number has not moved for more than three business days, contact support@pepnova.org with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
