Failure to verify credentials when requested may result in order cancellation or account termination.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect at the time of your order and authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We ship to U.S. addresses. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• One-time replacement for products damaged in transit only, with photographic evidence, subject to review
• One replacement per customer per order
• Reconstituted products are not eligible for replacement
• No refunds for change of mind or misuse
• We are not responsible for improper storage, handling, or reconstitution after delivery

PepNova may suspend or terminate your account and refuse service at our sole discretion, including for Terms violations, suspected misuse, failure to verify credentials, or harmful conduct. Termination does not relieve you of obligations that by their nature should survive termination, including indemnification.

Participation in our Affiliate Program is governed by separate Affiliate Terms and these Terms. Commission eligibility, rates, qualifying purchases, and payout thresholds are determined by PepNova and may be modified or revoked at any time.

• Payouts may be withheld, delayed, or forfeited for violations or fraudulent activity
• Affiliate status may be suspended or terminated at our discretion, with forfeiture of unpaid commissions
• Affiliates are solely responsible for their content and must comply with all laws including FTC disclosure requirements and the prohibitions on health/dosing/human-use claims
• Affiliates indemnify PepNova for their activities

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PepNova and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Your use, misuse, or handling of products (including injury, illness, death, or property damage from administration to any human or animal)
• Any claims or representations you make about products (health, dosing, therapeutic, human/animal use)
• Any advertising or content you create referencing products
• Any violation of these Terms
• Any violation of laws or third-party rights
• Any regulatory action resulting from your actions

This obligation survives termination.
